Traditional PCB technology vs. Innalabs 3ZTechnology

Exposure using artwork. Error can occur because of artwork/PCB misalignment.
Exposure without artwork using brand new exposure principle.
Final geometry is non-symmetrical
Final geometry is symmetrical
Traditional Technology Drawbacks
Precision alignment of blank PCB and artwork is necessary. In order to ensure correct alignment, holes are drilled oversize
and further apart than necessary, and lines are wider than required
Requires on-going capital expenditure as expensive equipment must be updated frequently to keep pace with the rapidly expanding market.
Even the slightest misalignments can cause defects in the PCB, and greatly reduce the yield. Manufacturers must make the contact
pad area larger, and the lines wider, to provide the required level of PCB reliability. This is one of the obstacles for miniaturization.
